There comes a day in everyone’s life when they realize there must be more.

“Music was the only thing that took me there,” admits singer and guitarist Dustin W. “When push came to shove, music was the only thing left that seemed real.” It is this passion and love for music that brought the alternative rock band, Reality Addiction , finally together. All hailing from New Jersey, the band is comprised of Dustin Widofsky (Vocals/Guitars), Ben Antelis (Drums/Vocals), Sheep (Bass), and Robby Tal (Lead Guitar).

In the summer of 2007 the band released their first self-titled EP. The overwhelming response of the release drew CD sales from all over the country, and over 200,000 plays on their Myspace in a very short period of time. In September 08' the band released their debut album Maybe Now You'll Listen which drew sales from around the globe.

Along with being hired by a large range of colleges, festivals and parties, some of the bands' notable appearances include: performing at Six Flags Over Georgia with Natasha Bedingfield, playing at Rutgers University with Max Bemis of Say Anything, headlining the “Break Stage” at the Bamboozle Festival at the Meadowlands Sports Complex, playing at the Virginia State Fair with the Plain White T’s, UPenn Spring Fling, Rutgers University BOTB with Ben Kenney of Incubus and then winning to go on to open Rutgersfest on April 30, 2010- which included acts like Brand New, Talib Kweli, P.O.S. and J. Cole. The band has also been aired on commercial radio WDHA 105.5 FM - The Rock of New Jersey.

In some recent news, on September 23, 2009 the band digitally released a new four track EP entitled Hello. Is This Real? which can be downloaded for free by going to our Facebook Fanpage. On September 25th, 2009 Reality Addiction was selected as a featured artist on the popular A&R website On February 22, 2010 the band was selected as a featured artist on the popular A&R website
