DTR was composed with the idea that if you go to an AA group and you become more confused than ever or everyone is just slightly different or feeling differently than you are, you may be experiencing symptoms of a mental disorder or are abusing other substances as well. Thats a Double Trouble Recovery Issue. This is not all that uncommon in our great society today and not so new.
