Of the six songs on the "Life, Love & Funk Vol. I" album, this one is the most approachable and seems to echo the sentiments of a lot of people. It's about loneliness and how I often felt while living in Los Angeles trying to "make it." Making it, not just in the music scene, but socially as well. I have the feeling that I'm not the only one with simliar feelings or experiences.
