Raised by creatively talented and hardworking parents at the edge of northern California's best surfing. This lifestyle still pumps heavily through my currently landlocked veins, predisposing me to a genetically natural creative rhythm and flow. I have also been blessed to have been encouraged by and guided through the business of visual storytelling by people who I believe to be some of the most talented in film, video and television. My goal is to pay these opportunities forward. I have been blessed by four beautiful and very independent daughters, a most patient former wife and encouraging friendships. I currently teach digital video and television production at Wakulla High School in Crawfordville, FL. While I have a few awards on my shelf, including a recent Tallahassee Film Festival win, an EMMY, two student ADDYs, National Communicators', Ft. Lauderdale International Film Festival, a couple of APs and a Bozo the Clown pogo stick, I'm still constantly inspired by my students, my friends and their fresh, working class approach to filmmaking and video production. I write, shoot, edit, direct, produce, light, grip and all things in between. I love the process: the hard work, creativity and the passion it inspires. I also can't stop questioning authority, even when I'm that guy.
