Born into an artistic family, his father a director and actor, his mother an opera singer and writer, Daniel was involved in theater and the visual arts from a very young age. Other recent stage performances include The Young Boxer in The Palooka, part of Tennessee Williams' Pieces of Paradise down at 13th Street Rep, as Joseph Merrick ('The Elephant Man') in Elephant Dreams at Dixon Place, and in The New York International Fringe Festival as the World Chess Champion Mikhail Tal in the award winning play The French Defense. Other New York theater credits include Hamlet in Bard @the Bar and The Crazy Locomotive with the Classical theater of Harlem, which received an Audelco nomination for best ensemble performance. Feature film credits include Revolution #9, The End of the Bar, Sublet (nologikfilms.com) and lead roles in Staten Island (statenislandthemovie.com) and Late Night Entertainment.
