On December 23, 1983, ROnzale Paradise was born to Belinda Paradise. Born and raised in the city of Chicago, ROnzale, aka Dice was known as a leader at a young age. Dice always had a big influence on the people around him. The streets have always been known as home to him especially as he later realized that his music career would manifest and be supported by his environment. At 10 years of age Dice began rapping with friends, just for the fun of making cassette tapes and later listening to themselves. With Dice standing out as one of the best, he became demanded by the neighborhood, although he wasn't taken rap serious. The streets were hungry for more of him, but with family issues and life's stress, Dice was not ready to take on such an obligation. It wasn't until he came across a guy named Twin Digital that he evolved from ROnzale, aka Dice, to "Dice the Rapper". Twin introduced Dice to artisty. He took Dice to his first studip session where he recorded his first song, "I'm Out Here". In the booth, Dice began to realize his purpose in the world. He began to see his dreams and attributes to life. With rap, Dice was able to introduce the worl to his version of life. In 2006, Dice was to face a tragedy that would change his world for the rest of his life. He had suffered a stroke that left him paralyzed on his entire left side. Due to his stroke, Dice lost his passion in life as wel as his ability to walk. After being hospitalized for 2 months, prayers and support from family and friends finally encouraged him to pick up his life and continue his voyage to success. After 3 long weeks in rehabilitation, Dice learned how to walk again where he immediately stepped back into his sanctuary... The Booth. After his life changing experience, Dice realized that his purpose was far more needed than he visualized. He had realized that his music was his voice. Dice realized that his music was his escape from reality. Escape from the stress life carried, escape from the streets he was born unto. As a rapper, Dice became known for his diverse style and ability to harmonize with any beat using his range of "flow". Being inspired by the streets of Chicago and "Tupac" enabled Dice to adhere a sense of direction to his music. He began to work with other Midwest artist and eventually decided to launch his own label. As CEO of FOCUS UP ENT., Dice has worked alongside many upcoming artist and labels. Promoted by Chicago's very own Official Hustle promotional team, FOCUS UP ENT. has become one of the hottest underground labels in the CHi. Together, FOCUS UP ENT. and Official Hustle has flooded the Midwestern streets with over 10,000 copies of Dice's mixtape. So far Dice has done numerous showcases and has a hit viedo for one of his mixtapes hottest songs, "Let's Get it Poppen!" WIth his personal beat and video producer, LeeSkeazy, DIce is taking over Chi-City's arteries. Described as "Painted Art to a Lyricist", Dice's music is set apart from many aspiring artist. Providing numerous intros for VJ's on the number one station in CHicago, WGCI, and Power 92, Dice is definitely the windy city's next star! He has come a long way from making cassette tapes in his basement and determines to go far enough to be one of the most recognized household names in the industry.
