SEE SPOT RUN released their fourth CD “Gonna Getcha” early in 2008. The album is a result of collaboration between See Spot Run and Producer, Ed Krautner (Sum 41). Featured on the disc is drummer Josh Trager (Sam Roberts). The title track from the album “Gonna Getcha” was immediately picked up by the hit TV series DeGrassi: The Next Generation. The episode featuring the song was aired on the N Network in the USA in February 2008 and on the CTV Network in Canada in March 2008. "WEIGHTLESS", their third album, made Canadian recording history. The title track from the CD was certified by BDS as "the highest charted independent song on the rock chart since the inception of BDS". "Weightless," the single, reached 9 on the rock chart; 6 on the Top 40 Chart; 5 on the all Canadian chart; and in translation "Décoller" reached 1 in Quebec. The follow up Terrified/Terrifié climbed the Canadian CHR charts in both languages. The Canadian Association of Broadcasters gave See Spot Run the "Breakout Single of The Year Award". Wire Magazine gave the "Concert of the Year Award" shortly after. Since releasing their second album "TEN STORIES HIGH", See Spot Run has had 5 charting singles; 5 videos played on MuchMusic; done 7 cross Canada tours; appeared on a multitude of Canadian and international television shows; and done hundreds of interviews. All sports nuts, they were thrilled to sing the anthem for a Toronto Raptors game and perform at the pre-game warm up for the Buffalo Bills. See Spot Run was formed in Montreal by Chris Brodbeck and Randy Bowen and is based in Toronto today. Also in the band are hot young Toronto musicians Fudge (drummer) and Aaron Little (guitar). The band will tour in support of the new CD. "Weightless", and “Ten Stories High", were recorded in Montreal, and produced by Gary Moffet (Sass Jordan, April Wine). See Spot Run was the first band to launch at Toronto’s Air Canada Centre.
