His name is Christopher Davis, "better know as" S.L.A.P. (Somethin' Like A Playa)! S.L.A.P. has emerged on the Hip Hop scene, in 2004, as a unique and very talented neo hip-hop style artist. He is an Internationally recognized musician, that is widely known in the state of Alabama, and his fan base is increasing rapidly to the world. He has currently re-located to Georgia to change the game in the Atlanta metropolitan area. In 2006, S.L.A.P. joined Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. and his career has not been the same! Since then, he has opened and worked with major Hip-Hop/Rap artists like Rick Ross (Slip-N-Slide/Def Jam), Yung LA (Grand Hustle), Jackie Chain (Universal Records), Shawty Lo (D4L/Asylum Records), Gorilla Zoe (Block Ent/Bad Boy), B.A.M.A. (CTE/Def Jam), Ricko Da #1 Draft Pick (LLMG/Slip-N-Slide), Playaz Circle (DTP/Def Jam), Ace Hood (Def Jam), and Young Jeezy (CTE/Def Jam); just to name a few! Now Chris has performed and blessed the “International Waters” in the Bahamas and the United Kingdom! His first and highly anticipated ALBUM "Somethin' Like A Playa" will be released in September 2010 and it’s extremely diverse!

S.L.A.P. brings a new and innovative style to the industry, and is truly the complete package. His impact in music will surely be remembered for decades. His musical styling has and will continue to bring about the positive change that many have wanted to hear as well as see in the world of hip hop.
