Since beginning music Jermaine Davis better known as J. Maine has grasp the attention of many folks.

Releasing his first mixtape Let Me Borrow That, Vol. 1 J. Maine was shocked hisself to recieve the feedback that he did. 

With the ability to make music that people from young to old can feel and relate to, J. Maine stood out.    

Born on July 21st, 1992 in Manhattan, NY and raised in Albany, NY by his oldest sister and 5 other siblings life wasnt always easy.

Growing up in a household without parents in his immediate life J. Maine sometimes struggled but he didnt let that stop him.

Day in and day out J. Maine continued a steady grind of trying to become better in every aspect of life but most importantly music.

Some people say “Oh he’s just another rapper” or “You’ll never make it in the industry” but J. Maine with his head held high uses the criticism to his advantage.

Coming from a background where nothing was giving and whose family preached“hard work pays off” he began chasing a dream.
