Midsummer Dream

The Sweet Escape formed in 2008 in the small town of Port Saint Lucie, Florida by a group of guys with a passion to share new music with the world. They recorded their first E.P. “The Endeavor” in 2010 with platinum producer Daryl Phenneger (Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Alicia Keys, T-pain) and were instantly thrusted into their first gigs at Hot Topic stores across Florida. Since then, The Sweet Escape performed on many stages across the state, opening for National acts Sum 41, The Ataris, Transit, and Chunk! No, Captain Chunk!. In 2012, they performed at Vans Warped Tour and soon after began making their way into bigger venues such as The Ritz Ybor Theater and House of Blues, performing for sold out audiences. The attention landed them a spot on Vans Warped Tour 2013 for their second year in a row. After going back into the studio to record with Daryl Phenneger a second time, their newest studio release "The Venture" was released on February 4th 2014. The Sweet Escape’s upbeat chorus’s and memorable lyrics are sure to grab the attention of fans all across the world.
