Judge for Bon Ton Key Club

The history of Bon Ton Key Club goes back to my childhood in my hometown in Oregon, where I used to ride my bike down to the local restaurant called the Bon Ton Cafe. I always thought it had a weird vibe to it that stuck in your head, and although the restaurant sold sandwiches and coffee, it had a bar with live music. Later in my years, I actually used to go there and jam with the local bands.

I have played and gigged in many genres of music around the western states, starting with playing rock, country and jazz. and later rock and new wave. I performed in countless Holiday inns, Sheraton showrooms, various rock bars around Portland , Eugene, and Salem, the University of Oregon, Oregon State, Western Oregon University, Portland State, and many others. Bands included Small Wonder, The Control Boys, and Backlash. These days, I spend most of my time teaching students to play a number of instruments, and write most of my material at home. Occasionally, I am out and about playing in Portland or Salem. Hope to see you around....we can hang out and talk about music! Thanks for your ears and support.
