Portrait of Yung M.U.R.K
M.U.R.K. (Miamis.Underground.Rap.King.) is a twenty year old MC who has taken the streets by storm with his debut single “How he did that?” and “Like Wow!”.

Born in South Carolina but raised in Miami Carol City, his rugged delivery and performance skills gives you a vivid look at the street and club life we live here in Miami. His producer and great friend J Trackz has blessed Murk with some of the best production money can by towards his first epic opus "From unemployed to self employed". MURK has featured on numerous mix tapes the latest being "The Blitz mix tape" Hosted by DJ Epps shadeyville Dj's from which he has gained notoriety for his single “Get Money” original track from Rocko “Tomorrow”. This record has been playing in clubs all over Miami and underground radio stations.

What makes MURK the next artist to blow from Miami is that he is the voice of the poverty stricken people due to the current recession in the Carol City and Liberty City areas of Miami. His music reflects the block parties, The strip clubs and the street tails of killings and drug sales that plague the inner cities of Miami.
Though today’s artist speak about the tales of the streets, MURK is living these currently and after linking with J – Trackz he has replaced the block for the studio and the 9 mm for a pen and a pad. Personally that’s a better look. Many in the community look up to MURK as there voice for the one’s who are unable to speak so he gets a push from his community and the truth can be viewed on his managements myspace page

MURK credits artist such as Nas, Yung Jeezy and Gucci Mane to name a few artist who forged the road to his street influence. His MC skills appeal to an audience that has gone to work all day or has no job and is trying to unwind to something new in the club and put the days misery behind them. Currently MURK is trying to shop his album to major and Indie labels in hopes of acquiring a record deal to share his music with people who have yet to be moved by his sound.
