Portrait of CAB International
http://www.cabinternational.com

CAB Bolton A.K.A. CAB International grew up in Portland, Oregon and Houston, Texas. He attended high school and college in both states. While attending Prairie View A & M in 1988-89 he used watch the legendary DJ Premiere and the Twins, his dancers perform on campus. He was hit with the entertainment bug and it was on. Watching, listening and learning he developed his own style and the craft of writing rhymes. Later he fell in love with that Bay area sound (Cocaine, now Mr. Kane, Mac Dre (R.I.P.) and E-40, which was different from the rest of the country. It was about the fluctuation in the voice patterns and the change ups. CAB decided to test the waters and became a Hip Hop artist. He was told you sound like the Bay area, you sound like E-40… He continued to pursue his career. He decided to create his own label the smart business man he is. He then set out to produce his demo. He hooked up with other local rappers and R & B artist for cameos to create a hot demo in hopes of having a major label sign his label under their imprint.

CAB International Entertainment Group "aka" UPS = Underground Pop Shit. CAB came on the scene in 2000 with the local release of the singles, “O’ Beautiful Gurl” & “Measure My Game”. “Measure My Game” was to be the title of the debut album and those were the first two singles. After giving the singles out getting an incredible response CAB knew his star was destined for big things. After recording several more single he took his demo into to get mastered. Kurt the Mastering engineer who had travel all over the country with rock band loved the demo project. One day in a mastering session Kurt’s son walked in and was feeling the project also. He tells CAB I rap also. CAB tells him to send his demo to him and let’s see what it does. After receiving the demo CAB plays it for 12 of his friends. The style was raw and green, but witty and funny. CAB tells his friends if yall, (the consumer) like it he will sign the artist who has come to be known as Cracajac. They majority of the group was feeling it and Cracajac was signed. Being the strategic business man (with Eminem success) in a mostly white city; CAB put his own project on hold and went into the studio to begin working on Cracajac’s debut album entitled “Dog Dialog”. They tested 2 or 3 singles amongst friends and got good responses. The album “Dog Dialog” was released in 2004. They went to the underground show at local radio station that was inspired by NBA player Rasheed Wallace & Portland Trail Blazer owner Paul Allen. After getting good responses about the tracks, underground cocky I am better than you record ”What’cha Thinking”, the 2 R & B bangers “Flirt” & “Stop Lying” from consumers. They thought the records got hated on in the radio station good Ole boy network. All 3 submissions were slammed on the jam it or slam it segment. Like E-40 said once they took the CD out of little Portland, Oregon the rest of the country was feeling, Club owners, Dj’s and strip clubs. Unlike most artists each song and subject matter was different. It was not the same old tired, we heard this on the last 4 songs.

Here we are today 2010 – 11. CAB decided the business side of things was more to his liking. CAB International Entertainment Group Has expanded its roster. We have a roster of incredible talent. We are dedicated, professional and seasoned with over 100 live shows between us. We have several artist and we have several commercial releases. We have enough material to 5 - 10 complete records / albums. We are willing to pay more dues, open up for other acts, tour and record year around. We are about quality product and longevity. We are looking for a parent company to sign a distribution & marketing deal with and grow slowly under, (D.I.Y and etc...). We are willing to cut out the parent companies overhead and bring them mastered, polished and finished product to review.

We only create “COMMERCIAL” Hit singles. We can produce radio versions for every record. We are organized and easy to work with, (no drugs or bad attitudes). We are looking for financial backing and world-wide distribution. We are the hottest undiscovered independent label out! See for yourself. We have so much more music available, (Pop, R&B, Hip Hop, Soul and Rock).

We understand this is the music business. It’s all about the bottom line and feeding our families. This is not a gamble this is a great money making business opportunity. We will not blow smoke up your ass, so don’t do ours! Let’s talk business.

Thank you for your time and consideration. Please review at your earliest convenience. If you like it please forward to all decision makers interested and have them please contact CAB. (503) 475-4097. We hope you had a blessed day.
