Juliet’s Rescue have recently released their eponymous EP ‘Juliet’s Rescue’ which has been described as “crackle and fizz with promise…like The Foals with better hooks…anthemic and utterly inspired” by Hot Press and “combining the pop nous of The Killers with the infectious energy of the young Franz Ferdinand and Arctic Monkeys” by David Roy, The Irish News. It was recorded in Manor Park Studios, Antrim with acclaimed producer Neal Calderwood. They have recently been invited onto the IMRO Showcase Tour 2010 and hold a sizeable loyal fan base, playing gigs throughout Ireland. In addition, they are one of the youngest groups ever to appear at the Oxegen Festival having played the Hot Press New Bands Stage in July 2009 and were tipped as the ones to watch in 2010 by Foinse. They have recently had radio play on 2FM, Phantom, RnaG, BBC Radio 1, Radio Ulster and Today FM where Alison Curtis hailed them as “really, really good”.
