Judge for hord

HORD (Metal, France) has been founded in 2002 in the south of France. After the recording of several demos, the band is spotted in 2006 by Patrick Liotard, guitarist and producer of the Metal/Indus band POLARBITCH, who decides to produce and record the first album of HORD : "Reborn from Chaos" (Why Note/Nocturne, 2007).

After some changes in the line-up and two years on the road defending "Reborn from Chaos" on stage with Fear Factory, Punish Yourself, Black Bomb A, etc., HORD is back in 2010 with a new line-up and a new album called "The Waste Land", produced by Jochem Jacobs (TEXTURES, Nuclear Blast Records).

Inspired by post-modern literatures and postapocalyptic cinema, "The Waste Land" is a concept album about the experience of annihilation and the end of the world, combining Hord's music and poetry ; Jakob Arevarn's cinematic universe ; David Lundmark's photography and Par Olofsson's graphic design.

"The Waste Land" is only available as a limited deluxe digipack edition through the band's merch store, live shows and digital distribution. Hord has no label, no distributor and works in a perfect autonomy.
