Portrait of Instinct
My name is Instinct and I'm 17. I play guitar, drums, piano, and write lyrics. I am a junior in high school and currently drum captain of the Liberty High School Drum Corps.

I was born in Rockingham County,VA, and currently live in VA. My mom was my inspiration for my begining interest in music. I would not be into music if it hadn't been for her.

My brother "Unseen" got me interested in rapping.

I was never really insterested in rap because I thought all rappers were vulgar, disrespectful, and greedy.

Thats only the 'Industry' crap that they play on the radio.

Real rap is a true form of art. Most people don't see it that way though because of the 'Industry'. Underground rap is vastly underrated.

Underground rappers are among the most lyrical and skilled rappers there are. Nevertheless, they are not recognized.

For the sake of the art of rap, I hope people start using their heads and recognizing true talent when they hear it.

Although my family inspires me to continue with music, God inspires me to live life to the fullest and help those in need.

We are all people, regardless of race, color of skin, backround, or any other irrelevant aspect of our life, and we need to remember that. We are all God's children and have no right to criticize his works.
