George grew up in Alabama and studied music at the University of Alabama. Since the age of 16, he has been performing live for audiences ranging from 1 to 3,000. After college, George joined the Marine Corps and served 7 months in Iraq. When he returned, he decided that if he could survive Iraq he could probably survive LA. George packed up his car and headed west to pursue the dream of music, fame, and fortune.
Since then George has performed at the House of Blues in Hollywood, The Gig, BB King's Blues Club/Universal City Walk,The Monsoon Cafe, Starbucks Coffee in Lake Elsinore, the Lake Elsinore Cultural Center, and other venues around Southern California. Performing regularly with 3 other musicians, Steve Denning (drums), Brett Cohen (lead guitar), and Eddie Hudson (bass), George released a live cd/dvd album in April of 2007 "Live from Lake Elsinore, CA" available at cdbaby.com. His first studio album is in the works with famed producer/guitarist Marty Rifkin (Bruce Springsteen, Tom Petty)
