Portrait of Day In The Life
Influenced by the British Pop/Rock and 90’s Alternative wave. Day in the Life has been playing their mix of Pop/Rock for 3 years now. Compared to Bands like The Fray, Stereophonic’s, Travis, Snow Patrol and Augustana. They have created there own sound that is very different then the “Screamo/Metal” scene that has been around the Hamilton area for years now.

Always working and improving, Day in the Life has many credits that they are proud of. Some are:
- In 09 the band was asked to be one of the headlines for the Winona Peach Festival again.
- Also in 09 the guys were asked to be on Cable 14's show "Flying Solo" airing Oct 09.
- In 08 the band was one of the headlines for the Winona Peach Festival.
- In 07 Opened for new Break Through Artist D.B. Clifford at "The Underground" in Hamilton.
- In 07 the band was selected to play in the Rogers Spring Music Festival’s Y108 Breakout Band Contest
- In 06 the band was asked to compete in the “Most Excellent Band Challenge Ever 5”
- In 05/06 the band wrote and recorded their first L.P “To Love, To Hate, To Forget, A Memory…” @ Mastermind Studio’s in Hamilton, Ont.

The Band is distributing the Album on cdbaby.com. Also it is for sale on iTunes as well as Napster. Continuing to play more and more shows, the band is looking to build their own studio so they can continue to create music for their fans to enjoy.
