Judge for Jamie Dooley

Born in a musical home, the son of a music teacher. Dooley sang with his family in their gospel group, starting at eight years of age. With a music teacher for a mother, who in her twenties played in a rock 'n roll band for eight years. Being around music was an everyday thing. Learning harmonies and guitar at a young age gave Dooley the desire to pursue music as a life long dream. For the past fifteen years Dooley has been in numerous groups, from gospel, bluegrass, country, and rock 'n roll. But through all this, Dooley's heart still lies in writing music. Dooley now lives in the mountains of North Carolina, with his wife and daughter, writing and performing only in his studio.
