Portrait of mighty shiva
Mighty Shiva is a unique, meditative chanting group which encapsulates the ritual of devotional singing. Mighty Shiva is a part of Kashmir Shaivism, an ancient tradition brought into the twenty-first century through the Shiva Yoga Tradition. Mighty Shiva chanting unleashes the mystery of the heart and connects us to a higher consciousness. To purchase their new CD, please visit www.mightyshiva.com.

Members of Mighty Shiva include Sachi - vocals/guitarist, Swami Atmananda - tabla, Vasudev - vocals/bass, Manu - guitar.

Mighty Shiva chants every Saturday night during Satsang, which is a program at the Shiva Meditation Centre in Mt Eliza Victoria. Satsang includes a talk by Swami Shankarananda on Great Beings and their ancient traditions on meditation, self inquiry and yoga. If you would like more information about the Shiva Centre, go to www.shivayoga.org

Mighty Shiva have also performed at various interfaith events including the 'Warburton Harmony Festival', the 'Rye Interfaith Festival', the 'Mornington Interfaith Festival', the 'Sanatana Dharma Festival' and the 'Great Saints Exhibition at the National Gallery of Victoria'.
