Fashion District and DUBfromVA clash in NYC by Top Mics
February 26, 2012-- Top Mics State to State Nationwide Underground Artist tour came to New York City to feature some of the best unsigned hip hop artists around. The show was held at Tillman's Lounge [165 West 26th Street, NY,NY] from 9pm-1am and included a showcase style format with featured artists performing before and after the scheduled artists. DUBfromVA had a 7 minute, 2 song set and a short clip is found at the 6:00 minute mark.

Pancreatic Cancer + DUB= Hard Rock Cafe DC! by Hard Rock Cafe Washington,DC
February 15, 2012--DUBfromVA was highly recommended by fans in Washington, DC, with a high number of votes and was invited to participate in the live battles at Hard Rock Cafe DC! DUB partnered with the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network to raise money for Pancreatic Cancer during the live music battles. The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network is the national organization creating hope in a comprehensive way through research, patient support, community outreach and advocacy for a cure. The organization is leading the way to increase the survival rate for people diagnosed with this devastating disease through a bold initiative—The Vision of Progress: Double the Pancreatic Cancer Survival Rate by 2020. This 6 song featured showcase helped to fight and end pancreatic cancer by intensifying our efforts to heighten awareness, by raising funds for comprehensive private research, and advocating for dedicated federal research to advance early diagnostics, better treatments and increase chances of survival.

Atlantic Highlands Arts Council Tips Hats to VA by Atlantic Highlands Arts Council
January 24, 2012-- The On The Deck Restaurant [10 Simon Lake Drike, Atlantic Highlands, NJ] truely were in for a treat when DUBfromVA made a stop to support a monthly city event. The Live on the Deck acoustic based show featured several artists from differeing genres and featured artists Chelsea Gould and Poppa John Bug. DUB met and formed a musical partnership with Gary Wright, (electric and acoustic guitar specialist) , and Steve Honoshowsky (Sound Specialist) and in minutes created a remix to one of his own original songs and brought LIFE to the event. Mansion Hookah Bar Smokes One with DUBfromVA by DUB is now GK Certified
An established hookah bar, was the location of musical excellence July 21, 2012. Mansion House, located at 1500 East Market Street, in Leesburg,VA welcomed a sea of underground music enthusiasts on a Saturday night full of great live music, controlled by DJ G-Wiz. DUB, also known as DUBfromVA performed a 7 song medley of continuous hits, mixing up hip hop tracks, followed by rap songs, and even included R&B cuts to satisfy the female followers in the crowd.
