Born in a small town in South Georgia , the son of two operatic singers, Angelo was destined to become an entertainer. Influenced by many bands and singers such as Micheal Jackson, Marvin Gaye, Seal and John Mayer, to name a few, Angelo was largely influenced by his uncle Don who had a local funk band called “The Dark reflections.” Growing up in a music family, he learned how to play keyboards well enough to start writing his own songs at the age of 14. In high school, he formed a teen vocal group called Butterscotch that became popular locally as their songs were a standard feature on the hometown radio station WDMG. Angelo’s songs became huge hits locally. He is the youngest singer to ever have a song played in high rotation on radio in his hometown

After graduating from high school, Angelo moved to Atlanta where he formed another vocal group and performed at clubs and events around town such as one of Atlanta ’s largest and most famous music conference, “Jack the Rapper”. Another performance highlight was performing for at an event for Jesse Jackson at Piedmont Park

Angelo later went on to start a solo career. After hearing his demo, an Ohio producer contacted him to join a vocal trio called Renaizzance, an act under the All Net Records label owned by former NBA superstar Tyrone E. Hill. Renaizzance also hit the hot 100 charts and received video exposure on B.E.T’s video show “MIDNIGHT LOVE”

Angelo is now solo again and the second time is sweeter. Enduring all of life's ups, downs, triumphs and disappointments, Angelo has matured and has become not just a better song writer, but a better person. He has developed a style of his own. Angelo has a way of creating unique vocalizations which is a treat for the listener. His intricate harmonies leaves the listener feeling sexy and oh so satisfied.
