About the ArtistAt just sixteen years of age, Canadian Acoustic Singer/Songwriter Brett Boivin first began to embrace his love of music from a very young age. He was just six years old when his father began by teaching him three chords on his first guitar. From that moment he realized that his only aspiration was to become a professional musician. Whilst still studying in high school, Brett prefers to spend the majority of his personal time performing and writing his own compositions. Brett has began to build up a fast-growing Canadian fanbase via live performance, radio play and a selective array of Youtube video’s, both of his own original songs and cover versions. Recently Brett has been working with Producer and Songwriter Chris Burke-Gaffney (CBG) located in Canada. His debut single ‘Getting Used To’ is now available to buy on iTunes. Having sparked International interest by high profile music professional’s in both the UK and USA, Brett’s personal dreams are most certainly soon to be accomplished. With the release of his Music Video for Overrated ( an original composition ), the video did 23,000 views in 5 days on yobi.tv and hes gaining respect from individuals on youtube aswell.
