RushDee McCoy Williams (born August 19, 1987) better known for his stage name RushDee, is an American rapper and Founder of BlackRoseCoalition. In addition he is an astonishing producer with various indie projects for local hip hop acts under his belt. He is one inivative, ambitious, and self motivated artist. Known for his flow and blending of street and popular style, he can compose classic material music as if he’s one of hip hop’s titans. His latest work is said to be in the making critics calling it his very own interesting story. After years of preparing his first indie project in 2006, he sold over 3,000 units out the back of his trunk in his hometown and surrounding areas.

RushDee is no stranger to the music industry, having spent years as an artist, music producer, and Founder of BlackRoseCoalition. he learned the importance of staying self motivated, strong minded, and ambitious. RushDee has more than 9 years experience in the music industry. Prior to becoming an aspiring rap artist, RushDee spent 4 years in the C.E.O’s seat building his label to what he would call stable enough to hit the real world. Before starting BlackRoseCoalition in 2000, RushDee worked for two years producing for indie artist.

RushDee helps the younger generation of hip hop see the struggles, and vices of urban areas while stressing the importance on how to overcome them. RushDee offers a wide range of programs and services – from after school music programs, to teen help programs for frustrated youth trying to overcome the struggles of gang-related violence, and low class circumstances. Drawing on many years of the music industry, and being less fortunate resulting in dealing drugs, RushDee now focuses mainly on revivng the a not forgotten about but overlooked culture, and leading youth on a straight path. After a successful career in the music industry, RushDee plans to coach and advise other people on how to achieve the same success. RushDee is critcally acclaimed King by his peers, a young influential entrepenaur of his generation.
