Spawning from The Air Capital, Wichita, KS., CoA hit the music scene with their new soundscapes in 2004. The band has managed to devote their time, and friendship into developing a very devastating, brutal sound. Relentless in drive and devotion to challenging new concepts in metal, the group combines various styles from all of each others influences

Shortly after the incarnation of Continent of Ash, the band gained sponsorship from The Jagermeister Jager Music Program. As part of the Jager family, CoA have been booked with many big names including Slayer, Mastadon, & Slipknot to name a few

Already having released 3 ep's independently, the group has now joined forces with Deka Records, which will be releasing Continent of Ash's new Full Length album due in stores & everywhere online in Spring/Summer 2009

No Strangers to the National Scene, Continent of Ash have had the honor of touring & sharing the stage with many National acts, thanks to great sponsorship, radio support & dedicated promotors. Bringing their brand of "Face Melting" metal to the masses, Continent of Ash is sure to brutally engage any true metal head, hell bent on banging their faces against a brick wall.
