"David Baron's music is awesome! I listen to it almost every morning." - Stell Patsiokas, Executive Vice President, XM/Sirius Satellite Radio
A passionate singer, a gifted pianist, and an insightful songwriter, Baron began crafting his unique brand of piano rock as a child prodigy in South Florida. By the time he graduated from Stanford University with two degrees in 2007, Baron's soaring vocals and confessional lyrics had caught the ear of audiences across the country. Now a resident of San Francisco, Baron released a self-titled EP in the summer of 2008 featuring 6 original tracks that the singer-songwriter wrote and co-produced. Hear it now at www.davidbaronmusic.com
Baron is currently touring in support of his new EP, and recently SOLD OUT both his LA CD Release Party at the Viper Room in November and his San Francisco CD Release Party at Cafe du Nord in December 2008. In September 27, 2008, he was seen opening for Brandi Carlile and Evan and Jaron at the Bryan Brothers (#1-ranked Men's Doubles Tennis Team) All-Star Tennis Smash in LA.
In January 2009, Baron will play at the Sundance Film Festival on Park City TV (1.2 million viewers). Baron will also tour coast to coast with his full backing band throughout the new year, and will tour with the Bryan Brothers to different tennis tournaments across the U.S. as the David Baron Trio.

"We receive literally hundreds of CDs from emerging artists each week, and it's rare to find one as developed and impressive as David Baron's. We will begin airing him on our Unsigned Channel shortly, and I would be surprised if he remained 'Unsigned' for very long. David demonstrates a technical excellence balanced with a mature approach to song construction and attitude that are among the key foundations of successful music. We'll be watching his growth as an artist carefully and with high hopes."
- Lee Abrams, Chief Programming Officer, XM Satellite Radio
"Mike and I are big fans of David and are lucky to call him our friend. He is a musical genius and his new album is awesome. We are looking forward to joining him onstage at the Viper Room. We recently played with the Counting Crows in Tampa but being able to play with David in such a historic venue so close to home will be equally incredible."
- Bob Bryan of No. 1-Ranked Men's Doubles Tennis Team The Bryan Brothers
