After a year and half away from the music industry, it was time to unleash one more metal assault, so in December of 2007, J.C.B.(vocals) and T.C.(lead guitarist) founding members of the Cleveland band BAPTIZED IN BLOOD, started to put the core of their new project together.
With a couple of weeks of talking and planning gone by, there was only one guitarist that would be willing and able to kick Cleveland in the ass with us, and the only one we would consider sharing the stage with that was DARK SECLUSION. We gave him a call and the first thing he asked "when and where", so with DARK SECLUSION on board our next mission was to find a drummer.
We needed a drummer that could handle music with intense double kick, odd time signatures and many changes throughout. So the search began and it wasnt until we saw an ad stating; Death Metal drummer looking for serious band. So we made the call and the next thing we knew we had a drummer by the name of Retribution.
With one void in the line up to fill, we needed a solid and versatile bassist, J.C.B. made a call to a BONGO of Third Union and asked if he would consider playing bass in our project. BONGO replied "Yes" before the question was even asked. Now the band was complete and ready to rise from the bowels of HELL and kick the music scene right in the face.
Our 2009 started off with a bang we booked many shows: Saturday January 31st at Skully Jaxx, Saturday February 21st at The Phantasy Concert Complex, Saturday February 28th at The Roc Bar, and Saturday March 28th at The Cove. The Chaos and Carnage continued with shows at The Phantasy Concert Complex (April 4th), a return show to The Cove (April 11th), a headliner at The Roc Bar (May 1st), Erie Metal Massacre in PA. on Saturday May 30th. In June we traveled to Salem (June 13th) and back to Cleveland at Peabodys (June 20th) in July we went to Ashland (July 13th) and the month of August was a busy month for the Demons with shows at The Hi-Fi (August 14th), August 15th we traveled to NY and back to The Roc Bar (August 21st). September 5th we will be headed to Allentown PA. to the Crocodile Cafe. The month of October we will be back at The Cove(October 3rd) and Springfield PA.(October 31st) as a part of a Springside Halloween Massacre and will be dedicated to preparing for our CD release show at The Phantasy Concert Complex on Friday November 13th.
