I like most people here love music. I started playing rhythm guitar at about 12,13 I went to Erasmus Hall H.S.where I played the bass, and no I didn't see Barbara Streisand or Neil Diamond, they were before me, (wiseguy), but I enjoy playing. My real passion was singing acapella. Yeah that was me on the street corners of Brooklyn at 14,15 with the old cats singing doo-wop anywhere from "Daddy's Home" to "Ooh Baby Baby" by Smokey and the Miracles. At 15 my older brother introduced me to a guitarist named Teddy Lopez, some musicians may have run into him in New York, he's still in the music scene, anyway we used to play a lot in Greenwich Village New York City, at Washington Sq. park and surrounding restuarants, my mom would lock me out for coming home at 3:00 in the morn where I'd go and stay at Teddy's, but I loved what I was doing. We'd play a lot of Beatle tunes in two-part harmonies and a few of his originals as well. Well I don't sing much anymore, a car accident years ago put an end to that when the steering wheel hit my throat and cause some damage I can still talk but I lost my range and my falsetto. Well that's part of my story, thanks for reading :)
