My two main projects right now are DOUBLESHOT, an acoustic duet with my partner, friend and guitarist Dustin Bendell. My two main projects right now are DOUBLESHOT, an acoustic duet with my partner, friend and guitarist Dustin Bendell. The second is our classic rock band BLACK WATER ALLEY, which is made up of 5 musicians that have been together for 5 years now. Both acts play all over the Twin Cities, Wisconsin and Dakota's, and heavier in the southern Metro area including Burnsville and Chaska Areas. DoubleShot has been performing regularily since 2004, and covers a wide variety of unplugged and rockin older music by artists like Cat Stevens, James Taylor, Neil Young, Kenny Rankin, Fleetwood Mac, and newer stuff like Nirvana, 3 Doors Down, and Saliva. DoubleShot performs at venues, private corporate events, parties, biker rallies, weddings, and anything else you can think of! We provide our own sound as use a Bose Tower PA, Allen & Heath board with on board effects, and only need a small corner to set up. Black Water Alley is a 5 piece classic cover rock band, that started back in 2004 with Janine Taft & Dustin Bendell at the helm. The current line up of musicians have been on board for 5-6 years, and BWA has been booked solid ever since. BWA plays mostly South of the river and performs at such places as Renegades, Black Dawg, Prime Time, Neisens, Main Street in Hopkins, Arizona's in Shakopee and down to Inver Grove Heights area for places like Jersey's. The band covers a wide variety of great classic rock like: AC/DC, Ted Nugent, Kansas, Boston, Foghat, Rush, Molly Hatchet, Whitesnake, Mountain, Bad Company, Van Halen, Aerosmith and anything else ya can bang your head and go crazy to. The band features ALLEY CAT DANCERS, who free style dance, sing back up, sell band merch and just get everyone going! We provide full stage production including sound, sound technician, lights, and stage effects.
