In today’s music industry it’s a rare discovery to find a recording
artist who truly epitomizes the word “Music”, but in Pop/R&B singer
Jicole that’s exactly what you’ll find.
Born and raised in Inglewood, CA., Jicole has been a musical
prodigy since the tender age of 6. Tearing the walls down in a small
Christian Church in the rough neighborhood of South Central Los
Angels, Jicole built a firm foundation. Since 6 years old she has been
playing the piano, the drums, and singing with soul. At the age of
12 Jicole’s cousins Da Razkalz Cru took Jicole under their wings to
help cultivate her style and skills into becoming a “Star.”
As a young artist Jicole’s family separated and moved to Richmond,
Virginia. At the age of13 Jicole began her never ending goal of
becoming a super star. Since then, Jicole has recorded with Electra
Records national recording artists “Da Razkals CRU.”
When Jicole was 14 she was invited to record on Jimmy Levines jazz
album “Share My Love." On that album she got a chance to record
with; Kevin Agunas, Curtis Washington, Lori Perry, William Bryant, Kevin
Dorsey, Phil Perry, Melvin"Wah Wah"Watson, Michael White, Phillip
Ingram, and more.
Tina Davis noticed Jicoles’ triple threat abilities when she rocks the
crowd during her performance in Richmond, Virginia and invited her
to perform in Concert with Chris Brown in Portsmouth, Va. Jicole has
the experience to make her a staple in the recording industry. She
has been given encouragement, and motivation in her career path
from from Big John Platt of EMI Records, and Mike Caren of Elektra
Records. The conversation she had with the two has inspired her to
continue to follow her dreams.
By the age of 19 she was becoming a seasoned professional in the
music industry. Her ability to write, produce, sing, and rap has gained
the attention of many A-List performers and producers.
