Houston first released electronic music on Black Pearl Records in 2000. After Tech Itch and Kraken remixed his early drum 'n' bass productions, he received press in Mixer, Urb, XLR8R, and Knowledge. This attention led to his being billed at some of the largest and best electronic music events in the USA, including Coolworld's 50,000+ Cyberfest, the seminal SF weekly, Eklektic, a residency at the 15,000+ Quest quarterly massive and an appearance on DJ Dara's legendary internet TV show, Velocity. Houston went on to release tunes on Honeybeat Recordings in Bristol, UK before forming Lazerbitch.
