Imagine the meeting of dancehall/reggae with pop, R&B, funk and jazz, presented with unforced, even laid back intensity, and you begin to get a sense of what Calibe brings to the musical table.

She has toured the US, Canada, Europe and the West Indies with Caribbean superstars Beenie Man and Kevin Lyttle.

Over the years she has worked with Salaam Remi, Kwame Holland, Sly and Robbie, Blackout Movement, Balistic Beats, Drop Di Bass Records, Shang Records, Elephant Man, Kymani Marley, Sizzla, Spragga Benz and others from the world of urban music.

In early 2009 she reconnected with Blackout Movement, collaborating on a number of tracks with rapper Ultimate including “It’s My Birthday”, now promoted on US Top 40 radio by Ultra Records, where her voice can be heard on hooks throughout. She is currently signed to Ultimate Domination Records / Blackout Movement recording and performing for dance and urban audiences.
