About the Artist

dalton. is a musical alias of Dalton Kuepker, a musician born in Portland, Oregon, 1992. He is a producer of electronic and orchestral music, and has been producing music since he was 12, first starting out by uploading roughly-produced dance music, which he produced using Reason, to Newgrounds as “Sonic-rules321”. Later in 2004, he began uploading his music to SoundClick under his real name. Around 2006, he switched to using Cubase as his primary digital audio workstation, ditching Reason entirely. As life went on, his musical skills began to improve from experience, and his songs started to venture outside of trance-like music, eventually shying away from trance almost entirely. In 2009, he decided to produce music under the alias, “my name is (dalton)”, which he later depreciated in favor of his now-current “dalton.” alias, which he has been using since May 2011.
