Nubian Mady, artist, producer & songwriter is seen by many as a leader of the revival of reggae music & hails from Dakar, Senegal. He is an extremely well known entity in the world music scene and with his signature sound & electrifying live performances; Nubian Mady has quickly become a musical force to be reckoned with in his native Senegal. After releasing his first mixtape “War Is Crime”, Nubian Mady began his climb straight to the top collaborating with the founding member of the PBS Duggy Tee and releasing the extraordinarily successful single “Wicked“. Subsequently, he began working with Nix and “Fata El Presidente”, two Senegalese rap icons and was featured on the ever so [popular hits “Ragga Doom Room” in 2008 along with “Love Motion” and “Don’t Hate” in 2009, shaking the world of hip hop in his native Senegal
Nubian Mady has worked with many international producers including, Swedish Producer Jay Trix – Nordic Steel and Natural Born Builders and made many guest appearances with artists such as Fafadi Daddy Maky, MISTER K and many others. In 2010, he returned to Senegal to release a new single with Alioune Mbaye N’der “VIP Love” and his first international album entitled “Natural Born Warrior” is scheduled to be released in 2011 with much anticipation. Nubian Mady has performed live and rocked the stage at Youssou Ndour (Manhattan, NY, Nokia Theatre, 2010) and opened for Sean Paul in DAKAR, Senegal (2008) as well as Capelton (Detroit, MI 2004).
