Born July 5th, 1976 Cinque Baker was always considered a special child, being the eldest child of 6 gave him what some may call a spoiled nature. Baker attended a private school where he seemed to excel in various word grammar and English related studies. This was an effort by his parents to keep Baker away from the dangers and influences of the streets, but the bloodline of his family was already deep rooted with drug addicts and pushers alike, the world they tried to shield him away from was as close as the next bedroom. Cinque’s first effort in similes and metaphors was at the expense of ridiculing jealous schoolmates; because of blatant arrogance and discreet shyness he made up rhymes to express his feelings towards his peers. Enter Shaun Vega After serving a ten year prison term and honing his lyrical expertise Baker returned to the streets and urban environment, where the nature of his rhymes and domination of the “yard” had proceeded him, garnering the moniker “Shaun Vega” he swiftly proved his desire of not becoming a neighborhood statistic, and decided to make a career of doing what he did best, rapping. Becoming sick of unmotivated features and performances, a frustrated Vega decided to take his career into his own hands, co-establishing Ark-yd and releasing the mixtape “Season Veteran Vol. 1” made critics take a second look into the talent and potential of this artist. After various A&R contract offers (Interscope, Deftone, Deathrow, even UK based Infinity Records to name a few) Vega declined because of false imagery and the notion to water down his music. Currently he is working on a joint venture Ark-yd/Ruffland to release the upcoming “Hate it or Love it” a combination of two previously established solo artist coming together to form a Rap Duo Contact: Cinque Baker/Shaun Vega cbakerinink@comcast.net Myspace.com/ShaunVega16bars 734-895-1387 Manager Lonnye “ACE” Bryant 248-982-8685Born Timothy D. Rhodman January 16th, 1981. Rhodman garnered the moniker MADD SKILLZ after excelling in various street/urban related activities. In his early teens he became infatuated the various rhythms and rhymes of hip hop and R&B music, but a troubled childhood would deepen the lines between entertainment and reality. With no role models, Rhodman looked up to the people who used negativity as a means to get out of the negative environment. In-between school, hustling and gang-banging, He would dabble into free-styling and writing rhymes to already recorded industry music. It was that fateful night of performing for a relentless club talent show and “rocking the house” he knew at this point this was what he was missing in life. Pursuing a professional entertainment career did not come easy for MADD SKILLZ after learning of various established artists already using the same name, he decided to take another approach, inspired by the kung-fu movie “Master of the flying guillotine” Skillitean was born. Pronounced Skill-ah-teen, Skilla had strange desire for specific production in his music, but no one within his means was able to produce such quality music, therefore Skilla learned to produce and engineer. Ruffland Entertainment was the first venture with a solid release “Skillitean Dreams” but a lack of funds, promotion and adequate management, the project quietly fizzled out selling roughly 1500 copies. With various industry positive criticisms from Russell Simmons, Twista, and MC Breed (R.I.P) Proof of D12 (R.I.P) - A&Rs from Star Trek, Cash Money, Def Jam, Interscope and Sony, Skilla has honed his craft and ready to solidify his spot in the entertainment industry Currently he is working on a joint venture Ark-yd/Ruffland to release the upcoming “Hate it or Love it” a combination of two previously established solo artist coming together to form a Rap Duo Contact: Tim Rhodman/Skillitean mrtrhodman@yahoo.com, Rufflandent@gmail.com Myspace.com/Skillitean 313-712-0255 Manager Lonnye “ACE” Bryant 248-982-8685 Shaun
