About the Artist
After learning how to play guitar at the age of 17 Shelby Marie has been working towards her goal of finally releasing an album. In late 2009 she crossed paths with a Portland based producer and began crafting each song one by one. After about a year at work the fourth and final song titled "House of Cards" was completed capping off her self titled EP. With an acoustic pop sound similar to her influences such as Taylor Swift, Colbie Caillat and Hilary Duff, Her songs are about love, heartbreak and the hard times we all have to face in life.
