1. STAGE REQUIREMENTS
Stage Dimensions and Preparations
Minimum stage size should measure at least twenty four feet (24’) wide by twenty feet (20’) deep, and be at least three feet (3’) in height. The stage surface must be smooth and free of holes or protrusions. PRIOR TO LOAD-IN: The stage needs to be clear of any and all items (i.e. chairs, plants, musical equipment, scenery, etc.). If there are permanent obstructions, please note them accurately to the Manager during the time of contract drafting. All staging must be finished on the front and sides, using black skirting if necessary.
2. BACKLINE
The following items must be set up and in full operating order by the time the ARTIST arrives. Please ensure the individual responsible for the equipment is available on-site to avoid any unforeseen technical difficulties during the rehearsal or performance. Please refer to enclosed stage plot to determine where each item must be placed on the stage.
Drums (For Performances traveled over 100 miles(artist will provide cymbals in most cases per artist endorsement)
BasPlease ensure that every effort has been taken to provide each of the following items, which must be set up and in full operating order, by the time the ARTIST arrives. The technicians responsible for all sound equipment must remain available on site for the duration of the event.
Engineer - Artist will provide their own FOH EngineerHouse Sound Speakers
PURCHASER must supply a full professional quality stereo sound system capable of producing average of 110 dB SPL for every seat in the audience. This should consist of a typical three (3) or four (4) way speaker system with all necessary amplifiers, crossovers, and processing. There must be a 31-band graphic equalizer on the house main sends. Preferred speakers are Meyer, JBL, EAW and QSC. Subs should be sent from an Aux on a 4 way system.
Front-of-House Console
PURCHASER must supply a professional quality and fully functional console. Acceptable consoles are: Any Midas, Yamaha LS9, M7CL, Soundcraft MH Series, or better. Each input channel must be capable of 4 band sweepable equalization. If this is an outdoor performance, adequate shielding from the elements (both rain and sun) must be provided.
Front-of-House ProcessingPURCHASER must supply professional quality sound effects and processing as follows
• Three (3) multiprocessing effects units, such as TC Electronic or Yamaha SPX-90 or similar. (see input list for additional details
• Eight (8) channels of fully adjustable compressor
• Four (4) channels of gate
• One (1) Stereo CD playe
• 31-band graphic equalizers for each speaker send (House Left, House Right, Monitor Mixes 1-5

Monitors
Please Speak with the Manager or FOH Engineer first to talk through Monitor details
• Monitors may be mixed at FOH position
• PURCHASER please provide (5) full range floor wedges Bi-Amped preferred but active is acceptable. (50hz-19khz
• There must be a total of 5 monitor mixes, with a 31-band graphic equalizer for each mix. Please refer to the input list for specific allocation of mixes, and refer to the stage plot for specific monitor placement
• There must be a minimum of five (5) monitor wedges
4. LIGHTING
In most cases, the ARTIST will utilize the lighting already available within the venue. The lighting system should have the ability to provide a basic diffused white stage wash downstage with color wash upstage. The ability to re-focus the cans according to the stage plot is also necessary. PURCHASER shall provide a lighting engineer who will be available one (1) hour prior to sound check until the conclusion of the event.
