The Moody Lyons are a Rock-n-Roll band from the 2000's, ya the 2000's. The Lyons are based out of San Francisco, CA. The Lyons are a fresh band beginning to sow their roots in the bay area as well as around California. The Youngin's have shared the lime light with such acts as: J.J. Jackson (Motown), The Bangs (SF), Invisible Arms (SF), Lotus Feet (SF), and Retarded Muppet Farm (SF). Along with various others and more to come.

The Moody Lyons formed in the end of summer '08 from the bosom of Motown Legend J.J. Jackson. The Lyons didn't know what to expect on their way to their first show in Three Rivers, CA. They didn't even have a name yet. After Arriving at the Gateway nestled in the beautiful Sequoia Natn'l Park, they unloaded their equipment and hit the bar for a round of cocktails and anticipated J. J.'s arrival. And the rest is Auditory History.
