I am Joe Blessett I create, mix, and master in my private studio. I do not perform live, that scene not for me. My first public project was done in complete ignorance, without direction. With the help of a few good friends still in the business I began to find my way. Still made a few mistakes, but thing started to gel the release of the Jason Priest Project.  But the greatest help came by accidental conversation with the guys from Rhino Bucket over drinks at LAX. We got to talking about how great it was when you were sitting in your bedroom at your parent’s house strumming away on a six string or banging away on a cheap keyboard you got as a gift.  I figure what the hell, I know that I’m too old to be a teen pop star and too young to be a legend.  Now spend most of my spare time reading and creating in one form or another.   I spend time in between Orlando, Austin, Houston, Los Angeles, and vacation in Asia. Don’t need fortune and fame or people yelling my name. I am just living for the game.
