Trees Dance

Sly Violet is a husband and wife indie folk duo from Kawartha Lakes, ON. They won BEST FOLK at the Barrie New Music Awards 2009. Violet won the Kawartha Lakes Idol in 2007 and went on to be a Top 100 finalist on Canadian Idol. They've independently released 2 CDs and toured throughout Ontario and much of western Canada. The music video for Trees Dance from their 2009 EP Feel Your Way Out, was filmed in the beautiful forests near Balsam Lake by Kirkfield, Ontario, Canada.
