Unchained Melody

The Old Man And The Sea John Santiago of Cuba was made famous in Hemingway’s book. These collection of songs wants to tell why and how Santiago ended up in Cuba after a lifetime of wandering the seven seas. As a 21-year-old man Santiago went to sea, leaving behind his family and fiancée. After his ship is two months on the ocean, he stands alone at the deck rail and imagines “Unchained Melody.”
