Jeff and I pulled this rhythm track out of our ass in a few minutes. Joe added a great call and answer rhythm guitar and middle-eastern guitar solo (which Shane hates to this day!). Joe’s guitar was recorded in his new Ford truck, speaker in the back seat hooked to my mobile. Drum tracks recorded in the great room of my log home.

Jeff and I did a version of this tune live with Sir-Mix-A-Lot’s project Outtasite. Square peg, round hole!

I have to side with Brave Tin Soldiers, I fucking loved it, but it could use some work. Having done my time on Sunset Strip back in the days of Circus this band reminds me of Diamond Rexx. It could use some tweaking, but at the same time I loved it's rawness, it's unpolished appeal. I disagree with Tin Soldiers on one thing, your music is already dangerous, but I still feel it could be lethal. Keep rocking boys- you made my day.

Okay. Overall execution could use some work and so could the songwriting. I can feel the energy that they're TRYING to convey and it's in there somewhere, just needs to come out. Swissle....where have you been all your life, under a rock. How dare you chastise Sex and Violins, anybody for that matter. Nobody stole from ozzie or zombie, this is got to be some of the best music put out in quite a while, like funtobearound said, "a group that combines a great sound with raw emotion...Just by delivering that kind of emotion, along with a sound that no one else is offering right now! Wake up dude, get a clue, and get tuned it to them cause yer going to be hearing their music alot...guarenteed

dude these guys suck. all they did was rip ozzie and rob zombie and put it into some unoriginal composition. you guys are obviously their friends because it's evident you have no musical taste whatsover. good job getting your friends to vote for you "Sex and Violins". I came here to vote for Loki, but it turns out the band with the kid holding the gun actually has the best track. They should be winning this stupid contest. Also what is that guy doing? Singing into a lightbulb? Dumb.
