You can't wear a tie in the neighborhood Dive Bar. Is a throw back era & a no no at the legendary Hogs & Heifers. A tool of a man thought it would be ok to step into a neighborhood Dive Bar wearing a tie. There is a sign on the wall which say's, "you can't wear a tie in the Dive Bar". We can't give away the ending, except for when the girl jumps up on the bar. P.S. She swings her bra off.
