This is a song I wrote after suffering the devastating emotional consequences of an agonizing breakup. After months of inconceivable anguish, I was able to pull myself out of a ruthless depression in one morning upon acquainting my taste receptors with an inspiring Black Forest Ham, Egg and Cheese breakfast at Subway.
