“Come Out, Come Out” is an upbeat horn-abetted track off of I Was Totally Destroying It’s second album, Horror Vacui. Singer Rachel Hirsh unceasingly beckons the listener to “come out” over a frantically energetic beat. The song is about wanting to shake things up, to make messes and not clean them up, and most importantly, to have fun.
