I wrote this song in 1978. I had just lost a job and needed to start all over again. That wouldn't have been so bad, but I also lost all my friends as well. That really pissed me off. Friends should be there through the bad as well as the good. One night while thinking about how they had really let me down, I wrote this song to them and moved on.
