This song was released on a Universal Compilation alongside Norah Jones, Feist, Edie Brickell, etc. and was honored by The Songwriters Hall Of Fame. It is about an actual dream I had where the ocean spoke to me and asked me to dance. It was incredibly vivid so I decided to turn it into a song.
