I was listening to a lot of Ray Charles and Stevie Wonder when I came up with the two main riffs if this tune. It's a bouncing-soulful-blues inspired tune with a message and an amazing guitar solo by my man Pat Shanley...a.k.a. the "Senator from Old Wisconsin"!
