People try to grow up too fast and be really cool for their age. And I just wasn't feeling that, so I naturally thought, "Well, maybe there's something wrong with me"... Then I realized that you have to take life at your OWN pace and not get sucked into peer pressure. This song is (more or less) directed to the folks who feel pressured by different people and events. Telling them, "It's okay to live life slow. I figured it out."
