Monarch

This song was written after an encounter with a monarch butterfly in the middle of a remote Canadian lake on a glass calm summer day. The butterfly seemed to come out of nowhere and danced over the water, the lake surface periodically reflecting it's fluttering movements. The music is an attempt to capture a small measure of the beauty God created in that brief, magical moment.
